During a situation at GH last night, Wes and Ken coordinated getting two of our diagnostic rooms operational, as well as checking on all the other modalities. Wes even circled back around this morning to check on all equipment. We say service sells, as this is a great example of the GE Field Engineers’ dedication! I've been in the field 23 years and I’ve dealt with different vendors and engineers. What an amazing job Ed, Ned, Lei and Rich did last week servicing our mobile MRI unit. These engineers were "lights out" doing their job, considering the confined area they had to work with and their ability to communicate with me and to have us up and running in a timely fashion.
